We have had an interconnect for a year, and for the last 3 months they have not responded to our request for settlement.
Their website is currently 'parked'' and no response from phone, email or fax.  Fax and fixed line phones are working but no response.

Hi, please be aware of company called VSSUS, they say to offer USA offnet best route. they offer service, calls get connected instantly but never go thru, the deliver fake ringtone. we had around $1,000 USD with this behaviour. they dont even want to refund current prepaid credit.

to your money so i agreed with him on daily postpay 1000 usd so he frauded me by 300 usd becoz i went to a meeting

Telwise Corporation - they provided Philippine Direct Termination and request Deposit.
In the beginning, their routing was stable and quality was excellent.  We trust them and pay deposit to them.
After 2-month, they suddenly stopped the service without notice, it happened in the end of 2009.
We're chasing their CEO - Chris Mallari (+1-9144245590) over 5-months but he reject the calling and their office number also no working.
