Be aware of VSSUS

Hi, please be aware of company called VSSUS, they say to offer USA offnet best route. they offer service, calls get connected instantly but never go thru, the deliver fake ringtone. we had around $1,000 USD with this behaviour. they dont even want to refund current prepaid credit.
