Dear Wholesalers,
 
Please be aware of Premier Communication International (PCI) - www.premiercommunication.ca.
We have had an interconnect for a year, and for the last 3 months they have not responded to our request for settlement.
Their website is currently 'parked'' and no response from phone, email or fax.  Fax and fixed line phones are working but no response.
