Innovative Generation Networks, aka "IGN," owes our company (Digerati Networks Inc., USA) $28,000 from September 2008. This customer was typically sending us small volumes weekly, and usually paid us on time. One weekend their traffic increased tenfold, then stopped just as suddenly. Over the next two weeks we received partial payments and were unable to send offsetting traffic. The customer offered excuses about being out of the country and having difficulty collecting from customers, but then stopped returning our phonecalls and e-mails. The last reduction of debt was September 22nd.
The address of this company appears to be the address of the apartment of our contact Dennis Somanza. The company also appears to have a presence in Belgium according to their website.
A collection letter has been sent via registered mail, with no response. This account has now been placed with a collection agency.
