Fraud cases

3 fraud cases:
1 - this IP address belong to Rana Tannous and the range of IPs is: 89.108.149.82/ 29 , she have callshops in Lebanon , and try always to get free calls by attacking other servers on the IP phone accounts;
2 - please note that MSN ID: ind_vista@hotmail.com is fraud and he only send fake wire transfer, his IP address is 8.14.147.63, he owe us 2000 USD;
3 - He claim his name is Azeem and lives in Kuwait , his phone numbers is 9659934806 and his MSN id is: FreshVoip@hotmail.com
his IP which he was sending traffic from is: 66.199.231.26 and he ows us 1000 USD ,
he even sent a WU and he got it back next day.
