TeleFree Company
Dear All
I am writing to you to share a small unpleasant information that has been a problem for our company.
This concerns a company named TeleFree Company ( http://telefreecompany.com/ ), they are selling Cameroon route. Their sales manager Angela (angela@telefreesales.com) has offered very competitive rates and insisted on prepayment. Initially they required $3,000, but we managed to convince them to start with $1,500.
I am glad that we didn’t prepay $3000, because we were not able to consume even the $1500. It’s been almost 4 months that we have been interconnected, but we never had active business. Either our tests didn’t pass or they blamed it on our traffic profile. Only $100 was consumed from that amount and I believe it was spent on numerous tests.
We came to a conclusion that we cannot work this way and asked their finance manager Kate to refund our prepaid amount back, but they played for time and refused to send it back in the end. They said our prepaid amount was uploaded in airtime, and they are not able to return it back. Sounds like a fraudulent activity, doesn’t it? So, if you are planning to work with TeleFree company, think twice before agreeing to make a prepayment to them.
Thank you.
Best regards,
