Dear Reader, Basetele Communications Ltd is notifying all of it's partners about non payment from HMPL Limited existing under the laws of UK located Airport House, Purley Way, Croydon, UK, CR0, 0XZ (Telephone/Fax: 07768306698)

After checking their trade references and financial report; we have signed a 7/3 agreement, they reached their credit limit indicated $2000 in two days and their account was blocked.

The next day, they sent us a payment confirmation of $8000 which was fake, although their debt was $2000.

We did not receive any payment after three days, so we started to ask about the payment James Larner from HMPL. He said there was a problem on their bank account.

When we insisted on their fake payment proof, he said that the money returned their bank account and added they have made a new payment for us, but there was not any wire copy.

During last two days, they did not even respond our e-mails and calls.
