Dear Partners,

Please be aware of OGI TELECOM!

At the beginning of cooperation they have shown themselves as reliable partners, always paying on time and increasing traffic volume on a weekly basis as we (Talk Telecom, USA) increased their credit limit accordingly.

At the end of July 2011 they’re started defaulting on payments and 3 invoices down the road it accumulated a sum of $12,384.28 so we blocked their routes and tried to negotiate with the Manager (Renato Gomes) whom always avoided our direct contact with the owner (Osmar Gimenes). We left several messages at Mr. Gimenes mobile number in Brazil with no return calls. OGI Telecom is a Florida corporation existing in USA on papers only, they’re act as brokers and both Osmar Gimenes and Renato Gomes live in Sao Paulo. We’ve tried every amicable way to collect the balance such as; extending the terms, breaking into monthly installments, but we were ignored all along.
