Dear carriers,
please be careful of Wholesale Voip Minutes.
We sent a payment of 10,000 $ to terminate traffic, 5,000 $ via paypal and 5,000 $ via bank transfer. They are stating that they lost the route due to our traffic profile (which they knew of before sending). They are stating that they never received our bank transfer payment although we have been sent by our bank a proof that the amount was indeed credited to their account..The paypal payment of 5,000 $ has been contested by us and we are still waiting for this to be resolved via paypal.
Numerous mails have been sent to this company. Nobody picks up the phone so impossible to contact them and now they are no longer replying to mails.
