Dear partners,

please be aware of company Interec.

We paid them prepay 7000$ after what they said that have very little capacity for route and can' t give us dedicated capacity.

Our traffic went to them with very little amount, when we asked to send our prepaid money back and leave only 1000$ for traffic they just gave promises and dissapeared. when we announced their name in Linkedin forums they closed our traffic completely.

already 3 months we try to contact to account manager represented himself as CEO Joaquín Franco Jurado

he doesnt answer not by ICQ nor via phone or email.

when we call to the company they say every time that Joaquin is in the meeting or out of office

so Joaquin already 3 months 24/7 is in the meeting

once we could talk to him and he promised to send money back but no results

we found sales manager from their Mexico office in Linekdin Laura Villanueva   email: laura@interec.com

she contacted with Joaquin and he again promised to contact us, but no result

we call to their financial Maria Luisa -email: marialuisa@interec.com she says she doesnt speak english, and we write email to her but no answer
