After a few years of search and research, our Collection Agency has ben in touch with these persons of Georgia Telecom VoIP (georgiatelecomvoip.ge).

The story is as follows; we have signed a bilateral agreemnt during the summer of 2004. Traffic started and of course, they had sent as much traffic as they could. When it was time to pay, they refused starting to making excuses. They owe us till today $4532.14 without calculating the late charge of 0.5% per month (or the lowest applied by law).
