History:

Before 2 month ago we are send money to Indian Adore InfoTech India Pvt Ltd. Before the send money I send email and talk to Mr,Dellip sales manager of Adore info tech..What we need in the billing.When all Requirements are done

1st step of install:

Adore team install the Billing on our server but all future are not complete thy will need time for complete all future after one month I stop my server because Every month we need to pay the rent for server that's why we stop the server & Before the stop the server I send a email to support@adoreinfotech.com (take the backup from this server what you need because I want to stop the server..When your all future all ok then send me a email after I will take new server again.)

After up to 20 days we not received any reply from adore..Then we are trying to contact adore sales team..But can’t rich the sales manager of adore only tech team have support..

but support@adoreinfotech.com confirm me your all future are ok.Then again I order a new server. But after the install we are check all option are not work..and we are greeting Big problem with voice Quality(Drop Down).

For the reason I contact with tech team of adore..they are confirm me it can happen for server or billing problem.

our team and data center check the server.There don’t have any issue Netowrk and other ETC..

After our team send the reports to Adore tech team. But no one can't fix the problem or no one can't try to fix the Problem.

3 days latter I send a email to sales manager of Adore and support team

I would like inform to you that. last Tue, March 1, 2011 7:42:02 PM our tech team send a email regarding the drop down voice problem to your tech support. Still I didn't get any reply from your site. Overall 2 month is finish with your company but not yet I satisfied with your billing. for this above reason we decided to stop business with your company. so we hope you will give back our money.

End: After the email no one reply me. That’s why I select the way..and post the information in voipfraud
