Betamax - VoiceTrading and Sip Traffic

we have accounts with both of the Betamax firms. They both (actually all of Betamax firms) provide published rates on their web sites. They don't necessarily charge according to those published rates. They also fail to respond at all to challenges.
 
This week we sent them over 900 calls to a destination. According to their published rates the destination charge is .014 they charged .0845 that's a 600% overcharge. We provided copies of their rate sheets and our CDR along with their CDR.
 
As you know your account with them must be prefunded. Therefore whenever they decide to overcharge your account there's absolutley nothing you can do except log fraud complaints like this one. We have as evidence their rates and both their CDR as well as our matching CDR. The calls aren't being challenged, but the charges are. They overcharge as bulies, without your ability to challenge ...this is outright theft of trusted funds.

If you - Betamax; VoiceTrading and Sip Traffic make good on this published account of your theft and deception, I will make it know here.....however everyone who reads this is hereby warned. You will have no control and they consistently fail to answer issues. There's no phone numbers, they hide behind their web site. Now we all know why!
