Dear partners,

Adtelecom is a fraud company which offered me a good rate for India 919 code .0095$ and given me test account from his IP 206.126.89.4. I made some test calls and found ok. then i recommended him to my friend and he also interested to buy . so I sent 1000$ and my friend sent 2000$ through Western union. iam attaching the details of the transfer mail. he insisted to pay through Paypal but my credit card was over due so i sent by western union. he given details of one pakistani person to send the money.

After sending the money he is not answering the phone. yesterday i called again from another mobile and he is saying he dont know me.
He cheated me and my friend Nicely.
His contact No. +16035130763 and name he told Ali.
