He is a fraud, sends fake payments through Paypal.
He tells that his name is Arun Kumar, from Punjab, India.
He also have another email address kaplish@gmail.com.
 
His IP address is 173.45.125.18.
 
Lets join hands to root out the frauds from this trade.
