CarrieXchange already 1month not pay any invoice

our company (North Network, China) sell traffic in http://www.carriexchange.com/ but we only got $400+ from Mar 9 2009 and never get any pay ...
we send e-mails to their Account Managers:  David@carriex.com and memberservices@carriexchange.com but there is still no appropriate answer
please be careful this company
