Cypher7 the VoiP Carrier in UK, London did not pay us (Novanet Inc.) invoices worth 30000 US Dollars. They started their heavy traffic on Friday and since being a long weekend, they kept sending us Fake Wire Confirmations saying that they have initiated the money. But it never arrived.
When tried to contact repeatedly once or twice we got the reply that we are looking into it, we have cash flow problem etc etc. and then gradually they just stopped answering our calls and replying to our e-mails. I've heard that they have started a new company named Tel7 "Tel 7".

Their Phone numbers are meaningless since they never get answered. Please beware of these names since they might start cheating others using a different company name. They had done the same thing with other carriers also, but we got to see that only after we got trapped. I request to please beware of these people and if anyone could actually recover money from them, let me know how!
