We did business with this company since 20 January to 26 January 2010 and contacted with Mr. Mark from USA office. We give our route to this company as a credit basis and they agreed with us that when the total uses reach 1000usd, they will send us payment and then we will allow them next 1000usd and so on.
As our mutual understanding, we inform the contact person about the payment and he got our bank details for sending payment on January 25 2010, but till now they did not send us this payment.
After January 26 2010 we also contacted company’s support and sale  support@wholeswitch.com
, sales@wholeswitch.com, but they did not replay our e-mail.
Till now this company owed us USD 1003, and they are not responding our e-mail and don’t talk with us in MSN even when a person is online sometime.
